About Me

Fahim Hasan Khan

I am an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Software Engineering Department at the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly).

I got my PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at the Jack Baskin School of Engineering, University of California, Santa Cruz, where I advised by Professor Alex Pang and Professor James Davis.

My primary research interests are Computer Vision, Applied Machine Learning, Computer Graphics, Data Visualization, and Citizen Science.

Before attending UCSC, I completed my Masters in Computer Science at the University of Calgary (UofC) in 2018.
